Il ginocchio alfa è costruito da un neoprene Duratex perforato traspirato e più duro con fodera peluche per il massimo comfort. Il lato posteriore del pad utilizza un design lycra a doppio strato, che è morbido all'interno ma forte e resistente all'esterno. Per proteggere le ginocchia dall'impatto usiamo la schiuma EVA sotto a Nylon Cap duro, con imbottitura aggiuntiva per impatti laterali. Una sezione interiore in neoprene a squalo assicura che il cuscinetto rimane saldamente in atto. Disponibili in neoprene perforato traspirante con fodera peluche d'aria, lato posteriore con lycra a doppio strato, morbido esterno resistente interno e imbottitura in schiuma Eva sotto Nylon Cap duro.
