MESURER SA TÊTE EST SIMPLE. TOUT CE DONT VOUS AVEZ BESOIN, C'EST D'UN MÈTRE RUBAN (OU D'UN MORCEAU DE FICELLE).
Mesurez la circonférence de votre tête en plaçant le mètre à 2,5 cm au-dessus de vos arcades sourcilières et faites-le passer derrière vos oreilles (à l'endroit où les lunettes de soleil seraient posées), comme indiqué sur l'image.
