BSDLe pignon d'origine est en production depuis plus de 20 ans maintenant et ne montre aucun signe d'arrêt de sitôt.
Fabriqué à partir de CNC usinée entièrement, Super-Tough 7075-T6 Aluminium Le pignon Superlite a 8 mm d'épaisseur sur les bords et se réduit à 6 mm au centre pour économiser du poids. Cela rend cette conception à trois coups plus forte qu'elle ne semble.
L'alésage central est de 24 mm, avec des adaptateurs de 19 mm et 22 mm inclus pour s'adapter TOUS manivelles.
